Age requirement: Camera and video features are restricted to users aged 16 or older. The first time you enable a camera feature you will be asked to confirm that you meet this age requirement. Misrepresenting your age to access these features is grounds for immediate account termination.
No expectation of privacy in VS camera mode: When you enable the camera in a VS duel, your opponent will see your live video feed for the duration of the match. By enabling this toggle, you acknowledge and accept that your face will be visible to another user.
Recording consent: By enabling the Record toggle, you consent to having the round captured as a local video file on your device. In VS mode, the recording will include your opponent's video feed if they have enabled their camera. You agree not to redistribute recordings of other players in a manner that violates their dignity or privacy.
Code of conduct: Camera and video features must not be used to transmit nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, hate symbols, or any illegal content. Violations will result in escalating consequences ranging from temporary feature restrictions to permanent account termination, depending on severity.
Reporting and blocking: If you encounter inappropriate behaviour from another player, you may submit a report through the in-duel flag button or the post-duel results screen. Submitting a report automatically adds the reported player to your personal block list. False or malicious reports may themselves result in account action.
Severe violations involving illegal content (including any content that sexualises minors) will be reported to relevant authorities, including the Australian eSafety Commissioner where applicable.
